The day after overeating

So we decided to order a curry last night. I was feeling pretty confident and was going to syn the curry but have boiled rice and keep it all under control. However it just seems to have triggered a big binge for me and I really over ate and topped it off with handfuls of Maltesers. Plus AF arrived yesterday so I was feeling pretty crappy anyway.
My question is: what do you do in the day or days after you go off plan to recover your weightloss? Should I stick to speed foods today?

I tend to snack on speed foods, make sure I have protein in every meal and drink lots of water.

OP, just draw a line under last night's feasting, get back on plan today, and enjoy your meals, without depriving yourself.
Yesterday was a flexible syn day.
You might even find at your next weigh-in that you got away with it!
The main thing is to regain control and put yesterday behind you now.

12 Mile Run is what I'm doing!!

Bread ( lots) was my downfall yesterday!! And valentine chocs

Bloody annoyed as I've got to now run on yesterday's rubbish food! (Marathon training)

Don't miss the weigh in! That's the worst thing to do. Stick to your routine and then draw a line and keep going. Don't let one bad day turn into two bad weeks. It's not easy - keep going, you're doing great. ☺️

Do 50% speed on your plate at least, and only have 5 syns foe a few days. It happens, don’t sweat it, just don’t give up.

Remember there are 21 meals in a week and you have messed up 1. Go to weigh-in and draw a line under it. Tomorrow is a new week.

Don't give up!
