Why is a skinny cap syns?

I mean from costa or Starbucks. It says on the tracker a small skinny cap is 3 syns but can’t I just count the milk from my healthy extra A? It’s jusy coffee otherwise isn’t it?

You can count the milk from your HeA but otherwise it's syns.

Probably because it isn't accurately measured out the way we would at home.
