Syn free eating out

I'm eating out twice on Saturday. Different friends so can't just take food.
The evening is a curry restaurant so I'm aware I'll have to use syns. The lunchtime I'd prefer to keep syn free or very low syn if possible. It'll be a city centre so lots of choice of chains etc.

Any ideas?

I can't just save more syns etc as I'm out at a family member's house for pancake day earlier in the week etc too.

Thanks for any advice.

Get a stir fry in the curry restaurant with rice or noodles. Anything that's not laden with sauce or deep fried should be fine

Go to a pub and have ham egg and chips but swap the chips for a jacket potato. Syn the eggs because they will be fried in oil - 1 syn per egg so probably 2 syns for the whole dish.
