Missing weeks in a countdown

Does anyone know if you lose a week of your countdown if you're down as a shift worker and have to miss a week due to work?

With a countdown you have to notify them of any planned absences when you buy it otherwise you will lose it

Yes you do. They don’t recommend countdowns to shift workers.

Yes, you lose the week. Can you get to another group on a different day so you can still weigh?
