Been a member for a a few months, was good with the recipes etc and lost a stone. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant and all I want to eat to curb my morning sickness is cheese on toast and monster munch. Really struggling with meals/snacks and veg is making me want to throw up at the moment. Anybody have any survival tips? I really need to lose some weight and I don't want to have to give it up until after I've had the baby. I could do some real damage over the next few months.
