Hi I'm new to making my own soups.
I just want a basic veg soup recipe that is slimming world friendly.
All the ones on there site seem like a lot of ingredients.
Anybody have a easy basic recipe they could share?

Get little book of soups from slimming world - loads of ideas.
Veg soup could be any veg, veg stock, simmer and blend.

The slimming world butternut squash soup is easy to make as it only has 6 ingrdients and I take the garlic out as im not a massive fan of garlicy tasting soup.

1200 mls of veg or chicken stock then I usually do 4 carrots (depending on size) 1 leek or 1 onion and some potato. I grate the carrot and potato and slice the leek.

If I'm doing lentil, I do 6 carrots, 1200mls ham stock, and a handful of lentils with 1 onion.

I've been using Asda's ready-chopped vegetable soup mix.
After cooking with a vegetable Oxo cube and pureeing it, I add some chopped bacon fried in Frylight and a large tin drained tin of butter beans.
