What's changed since 2016?

Hello, going to do slimming world again starting in Feb. I'll be doing it online. Wondered has anything changed since I last did it end of 2015? I know mugshots and supernoodles are no longer free. Snd do you have to count sweeteners now? When? Only if you're using a lot? Anything else changed? Thanks!

Healthy extras changed amounts in 2016 about October time. So 40g for porridge oats now.

You have to count sweeteners if you are using 1tbsp per portion, so if you are putting 1tbsp on your cereal just for yourself, then you have to syn it at 0.5 syn. Healthy Extra B has gone from 35g to 40g I believe! There's no longer red or green days (only Extra Easy and Extra Easy SP).

Lots of instant pasta products like mug shots and pasta n’sauce that used to be free now have syn values.

Blueberries are now a speed food :)

Ooh thanks all. I never understood why blueberries weren't a speed food!

Blueberries are speed! I've only been going two weeks and I've been told this a hundred times!

I add them to porridge before microwaving (cut them up or they burst with hot juice which could burn) and I no longer use honey on my porridge. So tasty.

Kez if you are cooking your blueberries with your porridge you will need to syn them - fruit is only free when raw. Add them to your porridge after cooking and they will stay free.
