Weigh in tonight - lost 3lb (Yay!)

Came home, had a 'good' dinner... followed by a walnut whip, bag of Doritos and a bag of Snow Bites. Oh and some biscuits. Blush

I'll be back on it tomorrow bit I'm just so mad with myself!

Done pretty much the same. Weighed in an lost had SW lasagne and then thought I'll just have one mini egg...had the whole bloody packet! No self control! Back on it tomorrow

One off day does not make or a break a diet.

Jump back on and maybe cut down on syns for a couple of days until the extra syns have been 'paid off' as it were

I'm always having days like that. I've hardly ever managed to stick to it rigidly for a whole week. I've still lost a stone in 3 months. It is much slower than some people but I'd rather be slow and not feel bad about having the occasional handful of chips than stick rigidly and fall off the wagon spectacularly never to return which is what Is usually do!
