Quark dips??

Anyone got any dip recipes I can make with some quark I have?
Thinking a sour cream and Chive alternative?
Something to dip my carrot sticks in! Thanks x

I literally made this the other day! Roasted some garlic and then mixed that with quark, black pepper and chives. Not quite as good as the sour cream one but I still enjoyed it. I made a big batch with probably about 200g quark and three cloves of garlic.

In my local Asda they do an already made garlic and herb one, that's pretty nice

Blended tinned mackerel! Honestly it is amazing. Make sure mackerel is in brine or water so it is is syn free. X

Garlic granules... just mix then in to taste, I use about a teaspoon for a pot, but other people complain that's too garlicky, lol
