I want to join a group and as I work full time and can often be busy at weekends, I think I'll only be able to make a weekday evening group.
I was talking to a friend on SW and she said she goes to the morning weigh ins because your less bloated - and that there would be a big difference in your readings if I went to an evening one.
I understand the logic but Is she right? Should I avoid evening groups because they would hinder my progress?
