Cauliflower crust pizza

Be honest, what is it like? I am trying to join in on pizza Friday this week but I can’t imagine this will work

Curious to know what it would taste like!

It does taste a bit of cauliflower but if you put plenty of toppings on it's good. I usually put on a tomato sauce that has carrots and onions blitzed up and then add red onion, ham, mushrooms, spinach, basil and cheese.

I've made it quite a lot so I do enjoy it. Takes a bit of practice to get it so you can pick a slice up though.

I love it! You can also make it with courgette.

It's very.. spongy and not at all bread like. Super healthy and very good for the old constitution though, which is a plus & it's quite pleasant with passata and veggies on top.

It's really nice as long as you don't expect it to taste anything like a pizza base!

I really like it, I can't really taste that cauliflower to be honest. Yes the base is soft, but with the toppings on it's actually very nice.

I make mine with a weight watchers wrap- just tastes like a thin base and is hexB!
