The meetings

It probably is just me, but does anyone else find the meetings a bit ... boring? The consultant goes around every person to discuss their loss, and the post-Christmas group is so big that it seems endless. I find myself counting how many people there are to go! I don’t want to just weigh and go (she always says we should just go to Boots if that’s what we want, but somehow that doesn’t have the same accountability). I just wish I didn’t find it so hard to get through, and that there was a talk or something instead. Anyone else?

I would never have known and they are sneaky as the multipacks contain both synned and free varities. I would never have known this unless the lass told me she found it out.

I CBA to type htem all out so googled it. Bear in mind this is last years data now but all ber the new varieties are listed on here!

I like to people watch and the conversations were mostly pointless. Did you do this? Did you do that? Pass new your diary to check. Over...and over....

And lots of claps for the losers.

It wasnt week one. My answers will be the same if it's a minus (any minus) that's what I'm there for. If it's a plus I dont know yet if I will stay.

We have a theme night this week so I'm hoping it will be a little less painful.

You should stay if you gain. In my group people give tips etc. I find it quite useful to talk it through but I suppose it depends on the group.

The problem is, I'm so long in the tooth I know all the tips! If I gain, I'll either know exactly why having cheated, or be close to target (as that's always a struggle) or just need to wait until I've been to the loo!

Maybe I should stay. Tell everyone I cheated and shame myself into being good the next week!

I've realised it sounds so negative! I just feel there could be a better way to use an hour than what I saw last week. However, everyone was lovely. The plan seems excellent. The consultant genuinely supportive and engaged. I'm hoping this week's theme night will add that little extra.
