How can I get the motivation to get back on the plan?
I have been trying since the new year.
I can't get to group atm.
Any ideas?

I have had a lapse, tried to have just a bit of chocolate but over did it and it just made me want more sweet stuff.
Wish I hadn't now.
I am going to cut it out as it makes me overeat.
Not giving up this time.Going to learn what works for me.Wish me luck.

Good luck! It's bit chocolate for me, but bread! (Can't eat wholemeal, can't digest the whole grain) Not had any since Monday. Thought about it tonight, but decided to wait half an hour and if I still wanted it I would have a slice of toast. But by the time 30 minutes had passed, I wasn't craving it anymore.

ClimbingCatBells · 14/01/2018 13:43

Thanks Testarossa I am the same with bread and chocolate.
Think by cutting them out I may lose the taste for them.
I am having a good day today lunch was chicken ,veg, half white half wholemeal pasta and pesto.
I think it's such a good plan ,not like a diet at all as I am never hungry.
I just go wrong when I don't plan ahead or when I eat trigger foods.
Going to stick to it.
Is anyone exercising?
I am not at the moment as I have a sprained ankle.I used to walk and do yoga occasionally, sometimes did the Davina dvd.Not often though.Definately want to start again.

I go to chair Burlesque fitness. It's great fun. Burns around 800 calories a class. I don't think it helps weight loss but it gives me a nicer shape.

ClimbingCatBells · 15/01/2018 19:12

Think I might have a go at the Tom Kerridge one layer lasagne recipe, it's on the BBC food website.

Would need to alter the cheese content and use fry light not oil, but it looks delicious.

@ClimbingCatBells more like this. We do a routine for 4 weeks then we learn a new one.

I lost 3 lb can't believe it as I lapsed twice.
I suppose it's my first week so I ate less over 7 days than last week.
I am sticking with it the main change is I have yogurt for breakfast instead of 2 white toast, marg and jam and I don't eat chocolate every day any more.
