Ok, how do I deal with my cravings for chocolate due to my period. I can’t take iron tablets as they make me ill and iron in veg and meat won’t cut it.
I love dark chocolate but in SW they just link all dark chocolate together, but there must be a difference.
I have a bar with no sugar and another that’s 85% cocoa mass: surely the suns must be lower than 6.5 for 25g
