I have restarted on SW after about 6 months off during which weight has keeps up and I am now heaviest I have ever been, including during pregnancy 
I tried a Tom Kerridge recipe that was in the weekend papers (courgetti and pesto with roasted toms) - was yummy and have bought his new book ff ghe back of it.
I know he is low cal & low carbs but has anyone tried figuring out the syns for his recipes?
Anyone else tried the recipes? Any recommendations?
