I need to get back to eating healthily. Haven’t done slimming world for a very long time and cannot attend groups.
Going to try doing it on my own for a few days and then join the online membership.
I have a medium sized slow cooker and need ideas on sun free meal ideas. Things that are easy to prep in the evening and then throw into the slow cooker in a the morning before leaving for work.
I am rubbish at using my slow cooker because I can only even think of the basic things.
I would love to be able to put a meal in every morning so that it’s ready when home. Meaning less snacking and less hassle.
