Should I join a SW group?

I really want to lose some weight before we go to Disneyworld at Easter. I lost 26 pounds earlier in the year just following the plan at home but have put a lot of it back on. I have not enjoyed going to group in the past but have a lot of weight to lose and think it might help with accountability. Do other people find it helps?

I only go for the weigh in and then go home but I’m normally early so I’m one of the first to get weighed. I like the routine and having the goal of being weighed weekly. I would advise it especially as you have a goal date

I definitely find it helps but I have a fantastic consultant - it helps me focus for the week if I stay to group

I'm starting SW from tomorrow. My mams always done it so she has the book and has told me everything I need to know so I would literally only go to get weighed not stay after. So I've decided just to get weighed at my mams (I don't have scales) and I'll give her the money to keep for me and once it's built up I'll put it in my daughter's savings account. I don't think I would enjoy the group's which is why I'm doing it this way but if I feel I need the extra support I'll be joining!

Thanks all. I joined on Monday, first weigh in after the weekend!
