I joined as a few weeks ago went the 2nd week but since that I have been Ill I did buy 12 weeks I am really annoyed as I have never received a text message phone call or Email from the group leader ..is this Normal ?

Probably - loads of people join then don’t go back after one or two weeks, lots join just to get the books then the new member talk then do it themselves.

Even if you pay 59.50 or what ever it was up front if that's the way We treat members well maybe it's for the best

Most consultants would contact you are you 100% sure you have the correct email/phone number and was it legible? She/he might just be waiting til after Christmas

That is unusual, but the drop off rate just before xmas is high. People attend office parties and eat more than they intend and then feel they have 'fallen off the wagon' so they stop going. The trick is to go to class and draw a line under it. But most people just tell themselves they'll start again in the new year.

Personally I weighed in on Saturday and have eaten non stop since. I'll weigh in again next Saturday and put it behind me and enjoy getting back on plan.

I'm surprised you haven't got any contact. But is it not a waste of your money to not go after paying upfront?
