I've lost 12lbs in six weeks - 4 more lbs until I reach my target weight.
SW- measure your healthy A and Bs. Reach for speed food before anything else as a snack. Fill at least 1/3 of your plate with speed before dishing up the rest of the meal. Good luck!

I started in January and lost 3st in the first 6 months. I then took a long time to lose another stone. But 4st altogether in 2017.

Planning is my top tip. Plenty speed fruits and veggies in the fruit bowl to nibble on. I like quark or wafer thin turkey to nibble on to have protein snacks to fill me up. Try lots of new recipes.

I lost a stone in 12 weeks. All I can say is it works if you stick to the plan. Weigh cereal etc, use speed foods, go to and stay at the group meetings and use the SW app.

I lost three stone and then massively plateaued.

I've come to the conclusion that long term the calorie intake is too low. However that's not a major issue...I've upped my intake and upped my exercise and am maintaining. I will hit it again in the New Year to try and kick start the loss again.

It's about playing around with the intake and exercise to get it right.

I have lost 1 st 7 lb since September.

Tips: Stay to group, swap cereal for overnight oats, when you fancy chocolate reach for an options hot chocolate drink, do a big fruit and veg shop- roast sw potato, butternut squash, courgette, aubergine, tomatoes with frylight (peel nothing) and snack on it with salad and a spot of soy sauce throughout the day.

Lost 1 stone 8 since September (was hoping for 2 stone for Xmas but that's not going to happen now 😣 )

Butternut squash and sweet potato soup mix with chilli in from Tesco... bung a load of lentils in and blitz when cooked. Same with bags of broccoli and cauliflower. Pot up and freeze to take to work. Dunk ryvita in.

I prep soup for the week and 4 lots of overnight oats on a Sunday night. Breakfast and dinners for the week.

2st since Aug. Back to pre-baby weight. It didn't work if I ate as much pasta/rice as I wanted so stuck to really small portions of those but otherwise it was simple.

I'm almost 3st 7lb down since March. I've gone from a size 16/18 to a 10/12.

I don't stay to group, and I don't eat Mullerlights or any of the other processed shit that SW like to push. Lean meat, tons of veg and fruit are key for me. I still have sugar and full fat milk in my tea. Very little booze.

I’ve lost 4 stone since beginning of December 2016
Was dreading weigh in today as didn’t diet too much yesterday - still lost half a pound
Aiming for another 2.5 stone but getting slower now so will probably take me another year

weeonion · 07/01/2018 23:37

I lost 6.5 stone from mid jan 2017 to beginning of dec. Finding it hard to maintain as keep going under target range with a big gain to just above.

It was tough but not as tough as i thought. I made sure at least 2/3 of any meal was speed and tried to keep my syns to around 5 a day to make sure i had a margin of error. I planned my food in advance and made sure i carried fruit with me at all times. I also kept a food diary.

Good luck.
