7lbs in 2 weeks?

neuroticnumpty · 07/12/2017 20:47
Is it possible to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks on slimming world?
Any recommendations how it can be achieved.
It's worth mentioning that I'm veggie.
Praying it can be done xx

It really depends on your starting weight and how fastidiously you stick to it. Being Veggie won’t count for peanuts if you don’t stick to the HEA and HEB and SP/F foods. I think that 7lbs in 2 weeks is adventurous if you don’t have that much to lose. I need to drop a stone and in two weeks I’ve managed 3lb

Hey thanks for your message. I'm 5'5 and currently 10 stone 8 x

I lost that in 1 week in the Blood Sugar Diet. I’m veggie too.

I think if you intend to keep the weight off permanently it’s probably better to aim for 1-2lbs a week from the start, max.

I did, I followed the plan exactly, kept syns to a minimum - but I was 3 stone overweight . If you only have 7lbs to lose it might be harder.
neuroticnumpty · 07/12/2017 21:19
Maybe easier if I asked what you did/ate the week you had your biggest losses
Ragwort · 08/12/2017 07:30
Breakfast:
Egg/bacon/tomato/mushrooms - dry fried. Grapefruit to start
Lunch:
Home made veg soup/fruit
Dinner:
Lean chicken/jacket potato/lots of veg
No Syns, no treats - some exercise.
Boring but it worked.

Some of my friend's can do that. They put their mind to it. Most I have lost is 6lb.
neuroticnumpty · 08/12/2017 08:45
Thank you! Ok, no syns it is!

I did 6.5 in two weeks, but I put that down to first week big losses, it isn't sustainable at that speed if you are not extremely overweight.
Or a man.
Bloody men lose it easy.

It can be done, I saved this from Bella magazine, it’s a veggie plan.
Hope my photo upload works!
