The question says it all...
Did you lose or gain? How much?

2lb I think. Maybe 2.5. Someone in my group a couple of weeks ago lost 11 though so I guess anything can happen!

5 1/2 fir me and 4 1/2 week two. The average in my group is between 3 1/2 and 5 lbs. The most ever was 1 stone 1lb but the answer depends on your starting weight, how well you do it time of the month did you have a last supper extravaganza before you started other people's losses aren't really comparable.

3.5lb. I was 11st2lb aiming for a target of 9st (just to put it into context). However, due to it being my birthday weekend and monthly bloating, I put exactly the same amount ON the following week haha!
