What canned food would you suggest on SW? I'm looking for convenience food that is still fitting within the plan.

I've heard that Grant's Stewed Steak is syn-free but is there any more like this?

Tinned sardines and mackerel are free I believe.

Stagg Vegetable Chilli
Heinz Lentil Curry
Heinz Tagine Chickpeas
These are regulars for me to take to work for convenience, and all are syn- free.
Also like various tinned pastas, either free or low-syn.
