Slimming World
What meals so you batch and freeze?

Tried slimming world out this year. Loved the idea but had too much bad food already in and just fell off the wagon pretty quickly. I'm moving soon and getting new freezer so thinking of starting fresh with all slimming world friendly meals batch cooked. Any ideas grateful received!

Bolognese and chilli are my staples for the freezer as well as soup (most kinds freeze well) I’m trying to increase the freezer variety so there’s a chicken dhansak in there just now and a Moroccan lamb stew thing. I’ve not defrosted and eaten either of them yet but I can’t imgine them being a problem.

I freeze the oven baked meatballs. I also do batches of tomato sauce for pizzas and bbq sauce for hunters chicken. I’ve frozen dhal too, plain lentil and some sweet potato and spinach. I left out the spinach and just added fresh when I heated it up.
And loads and loads of soup.
