Red and green days?

Hi everyone, I just rejoined slimming world online today, for 2 stone to lose post baby, ideally 3, before I get married in September 2018.
I was wondering if red and green days are still a thing? Couldn’t see anything in the website other than Extra Easy but I’m sure you used to be able to have more healthy extras and have protein heavy or carb heavy days? Anyone know?

Last time i went everything was geared towards Extra Easy but i know that the recipes in books all still had the points for red & green days 🤔 All the group chats we had were EE tho, nothing of the colour days so not sure if you'd find the info in the main book anymore

There’s a group on Facebook which follows red and green days. To be honest having done well on the old R/G days, my losses on EXtra easy have been much better.

Red and green days aren’t a thing any more and you won’t get any official support from SW for them. It’s all Extra Easy now, but there is Extra Easy SP where half your plate is S foods and half is P foods (so no pasta, rice, potatoes, bananas etc.)

Thanks all. I will try extra easy first then and try to accept even less bread! 😭

I struggled at first with the notion of being allowed meat and rice on the plate together or not weighing my potatoes but actually it’s much easier and I don’t miss the extra HEB. I do miss having 2 cheese options!
