Just made this for my lunch after nearly falling off the wagon and going back to my old cheese & ham sandwich with crisps and WOW it's amazing easily adapted to be syn free (toast the spices then remove from the pan, use spray oil for onion etc then add spices back once they're cooked). This made enough for at least another 2 meals and going to try freezing one portion. Obviously give the mango chutney and naan bread suggestion a miss
