Made this tonight and the whole family loved it - sync free using spray oil & I added spinach & roasted red peppers. Really delicious (sorry cant remember how to do proper links )

Only read your headline at first op, and was at 125ml of oil being syn free. I'm not totally clear about the syn thing, but I guessed it would be low calorie.

Anyway looks good, I'll give it a go now that I've place marked.

Just make sure all the fat/skin is off the chicken & you use spray oil and fat free yogurt, add extra veg and you’ll be fine.
