I’ve been going to sw but stopped in September after 2 years. I’ve lost 1.5 stone up to now which I’m proud of but have a way to go.
I’m still following sw but without the group as I felt unsupported in the last few months.
I’m aiming for 1.5lb a week up until Christmas which will be 1 stone.
Today:
B - poached egg on toast (HEB)
L - butternut squash soup
D - spag Bol with 40g half fat cheese (HEA)
Syns - 2 Nutella bars (11) 125ml ss milk (3)
