I need some concrete information on how I change the extra easy plan when you are pregnant. I have had 5 miscarriages over the last 18 months and obviously don't want to tell my SW consultant I am pregnant before I know whether this baby is sticking around or not.

I've lost 2.5 stone since joining 13 weeks ago and am now a healthy BMI. I have read that you can have an extra healthy extra A and B but then other places say just an extra A. What happens with losses each week? Do I still lose or should I just be maintaining?

Hopefully someone can give me an insight!

Thank you.

An extra A and B.

Whether you want to lose more or maintain is down to you (and your midwife).

If you tell your consultant they'll call target for you, click the "pregnant" button on the laptop and you'll go free for the duration of the pregnancy.

I've had two MCs this year while doing SW, just trying to lose the stone I gained during my last attempt (MMC at 12 weeks).

Thanks for the info em. I'm not really wanting to tell my consultant til I'm much further along. If I call target though then what happens if my weight goes above/below by more than 3lbs? I am no longer a target member and carry on paying?
