I am so down about this- can anyone give me a shake! The first two weeks went well-lost 2lb, then lost 2lb, but then I seem to have put the 2lb back on again
. I am struggling to 'go' to the toilet which doesn't help-but I'm sticking to the plan-1/3 of speed with each meal, no chocolate, no crisps, plenty of fruit, minimal bread-I have my Hex a and b.
I could probably drink more water and do more exercise-that will have to be my next step. It's not helping that DH started it with me and has lost a stone-he has done no exercise either
. He has much more to lose, I suppose-I am 10 stone 8 and would like to be 9 1/2 but it seems to be proving really hard :(
Can anyone offer any advice? All I keep reading is people who haven't lost for a week and people reply saying weight loss is never as big as in the first couple of weeks, but that makes me want to weep!
