Syns per day

Hi all! How many syns per day are you allowing yourself and how much do you have to lose? I have a stone to lose and think I should probably restrict to 5 per day Sad Not attending classes, just going off having done it before with friends so I haven't been given a recommended amount

Ironically, I've found when having at least 10 syns a day, that I lose better. When I'm lower than 7 a day I seem to not lose as well.

Seriously though this seems both great and counterintuitive - why would maximising syns encourage weight loss?

Look at the whole picture. The plan is a balanced diet, so having your syns will help balance the diet and will help you lose weight.

I was using only about 5 per day and had an unexpected gain. Friend told me to up my syns, I did and got new things rather than having the same old things. I lost 3.5lb as well as upping my speed foods and water.

If you're not allowing yourself syns, you're restricting yourself and the chances are, you're actually not quite following it properly in that you're dieting, rather than making sure you're full and satisfied but with all the right stuff.

So have up to the 15...maybe don't do what I usually do and go, how much can I get for my 15 Blush lol, I'm finding I'm getting much better losses by just going, right, what do I fancy? And then stopping even if I haven't used them all.
