What happens if you just stop going?

I don't think SW meetings work for me, the eating plan is good, but the meetings are at an inconvenient time, it takes ages for everyone to get weighed and then the chat is endlessly boring. There are no other meetings locally that I can get to. I've tried online too and found it fairly useless (not good enough to pay £5/week for anyway). What happens if you just stop going? What if you decide to go back?

If you go back you either have to rejoin and lose your previous history or pay back fees (there is a maximum back fee I believe)

They hunt you down and force you to go back!

Nah, you just don't go anymore. If you go back you have to pay £15 to re join.

They will hound you with texts for a while - be warned!

Noting happens. Literally nothing. In our group people come and go and come back all the time.

You know you can just go on and weigh and leave?

Ecclesiastes · 06/09/2017 13:46

Just weigh and leave - you don't have to hang around for 'group'. You can be in and out in 5 minutes if you time it right.

Although ime the answer to your question is: 'You put all the weight back on'. Blush

I do just weigh and leave but it costs £5 and is at an inconvenient time. I've been logging my weight at home in Fitbit so I don't mind my record being lost, I kind of feel like I wouldn't mind going once in a while to touch base but every week is a pain.

A phone call, text messages and then a postcard.

I only went for a weigh in on correct scales, and I can do that in Boots a lot cheaper!

I forgot to go last week, so if I go this week I'll have to pay for 2 weeks. I can see why they do this but I resent it TBH, so I think I might break away at this point
