Morning ladies

May be a silly question but am very new to SW

When making a Syn free dinner - so for example, last night I made the paprika pork with rice & veg - can I eat as much of that as I like?

Obviously there's only so much I can eat but do you follow strict portion control if it's free of syns?

Once you've filled a third of your plate with speed veg, yes, you can then put as much as you like of free food on the rest of your plate. If things are slow, I tend to put more protein and less carbs, but I find the 1/3 speed veg thing tends to sort out the portion sizes without me having to measure anything.

Yes, technically you can eat as much as you like, as long as 1/3rd is speed. You may still lose weight without worrying about the speed element, but it won't be as fast.

Put the one third speed on your plate first. Then split the rest between the paprika pork and rice.

I have a medium sized plate that I use. So use that with regards to my portions. If I want more I top up my speed up.
