How long do the classes last for?

Looking to join on Monday, but Im not sure if 7:30 would be a too late start with me getting back home again (Everywhere is at least a 20 min drive and would like to be home by 9 if possible)

So I might have to look for 7PM starts.

I know I dont have to stay, but Id like to stay if I can. At least at first anyway.

Your first night 7.30-8pm would be your new member talk, then we have 45 minutes of image therapy then you would get weighed after that.

I go to the 5.30pm class so I can be home by 7.

At ours you would have you new member talk, then get weighed after class.

But after your first week, you get weighed at the start, then when thats done the class starts which can be anything from 30min to an hour. Depending on how many people have stayed and how many questions are asked.

If alot of people have stayed. I leave and dont stay for class. Probably 1 out of every 5 weeks or so.

Ages! Depends on how many stay but it does take a l-o-n-g time to go round the room and ask what everyone has lost, what they want to lose next week, did they have any slip-ups etc. Meetings are relatively quiet at the moment due to school hols so am bracing myself that they will take even longer going forward. The consultant also did a talk about news and new products etc and then there were awards and a raffle. I was there (first week) for 1 hour 40 minutes but even those who were not new were there well over an hour depending on what time they arrived for WI.
