I need to get out of the idea that a weekend or bank holiday = an excuse to go mad eating-wise. Last bank holiday I ended up eating takeaways, scones with cream and jam everyday and more.
I'm determined to enjoy myself this weekend but to stay on track. I'm planning cooked breakfasts everyday - one of the easiest ways to stay on plan but still have a treat. I would usually have a lovely M&S selection of curries or pizza but need to avoid this. Does anyone else have any bank holiday inspiration or interesting meals planned?
