Milk question for a SW newbie.

Newby here with a question!

I've measure out my 350mls of skimmed milk a day for my HEA but I won't finish it, I take a splash in a cup of tea twice a day (can't drink without). Do I have to finish it? What do I do with it? Can I swap the rest for Babybel or something or does it not work like that?

Does it matter what ham I buy?

TIA

Syn your milk if you only use a little, then use your hexa for the cheese :)

Ham, best to check syns as most are free but not all.

I would syn your milk for a splash and have cheese for the HE.

I usually get asda wafer thin ham.

I measure out half the milk for tea and use the rest on babybels/ dairylea triangles. I don't use a lot of milk, just in tea so it seemed silly to waste the HE.
