Slimming World
Slimming world & vegetarian...

...will this be difficult? I find most diet recipes tend to include chicken etc.
I'm wanting to lose weight and everyone's pointed me toward slimming world - I just have absolutely no idea how it works tbh & wondered if I will struggle with the recipes.
Not a dab hand at cooking either 😩

Lots of veggie recipes on the website. Pinch of Nom and two chubby Cubs are good for varying recipes x

I've lost 3 stone this year on slimming world and I'm vegetarian I sometimes swap meat for Quorn in recipes or add more veg etc. I use eggs and quark for protein etc

Thank you! I'm terrible with food and not really a dab hand in the kitchen.
Hoping to get more into it so I can actually lose this weight x

I'm a vegetarian and have been doing sw since April. I don't find it restrictive at all. I eat a lot of eggs and quark, and Quorn products too. As most Quorn products are free foods you can really fill up on them.
Omelettes are one of my favourite dinners, along with lasagne and pasta with Quorn mince. Good luck

The beauty of it is that if you want to swap an ingredient, you can.
I'm making lentil bolognese right now, makes no difference as far as the eating plan goes if I use meat, quorn, soya or pulses

I'm veggie and lost 3 stone with SW since March. Loads of veggie SW recipes here 🙂 spforveggies.blogspot.co.uk
