I follow a few facebook pages and all the time I'm seeing people with MASSIVE and I mean massive weight losses in really short times.
8 stone in 10 months, 6 stone in 6 months etc. WFT? How?! I imagine if you have 8 stone to loose it comes off pretty quick to start, I have 6 to loose myself (3.5 stone down in a year) but how the heck are these people doing it?
Just found one person, 3 stone lost since May to now, so about 15 weeks, so I suppose that is actually 2.2 lbs a week. Don't these people ever gain though or have lives to live?
