Breastfeeding on SW

Plan to start back at SW in about a month, but will be breastfeeding. Can someone tell me what the up to date rules are re HexA and HexB please? Someone told me it is 2x HexA and 2x HexB, then I was told it's up to 5x HexA, and no extra HexB?!

Depends on the age of the baby.

Upto 2 months old it's 5 healthy extras in total (including your standard 2)
2-6 months it's 6 healthy extras in total (including your standard 2)
Once weaning it reduces.

They recommend that you have 3 or 4 of them as hexa
