Has anyone else had trouble with these? I started up slimming world a few months ago but only managed it a short while due to lack of planning and other commitments but these seemed to give me a sore tummy. I thought maybe it was coincidence but this week I've started up again and have been having 2 a day (not every day) and I've had a seriously dodgy tummy again. Has this happened with anyone else? I'm trying to mix it up etc... but some days it's all I have in the cupboard for hex b.

There are so many choices of things to have for hexb. You could have nuts or dried fruit which would be easy to keep in the cupboard.

I'm fine with them. The benefit light bars from Aldi are HEB's.

I've started getting a sore tummy with white pasta. Never had a problem before.

I had heard many a tale of killer wind from said barsBlush

owlina I know there are other options. Genuinely not having 2 a day every day. I'm allergic to nuts which makes things a bit more complicated.

Okay so sounds like it's not just me. Perhaps I'll alternate days and only have 1 rather than 2!

Some people dont react well to somethings.

I cant eat quinoa. Get awful stomach ache. There are usually alternatives that you could try. Like a suoermarket own one.

Yes! I got terrible wind from (I think) the artificial sweeteners in them, so give them a miss and have bread or cereal instead

I got the same from alpen lights - felt v weird, swapped to walnuts/oats (both if SP) and much better. My group harp on about hifi bars but they are full of chemicals etc so might not be any better x

Sorry, just saw the nut allergy 😫 I've found overnight oats made with alpro go on really nice (I'm lactose intol)
