So what does target member means?

Could anyone explain how this works?
At the beginning everyone sets out a target and once you achieve it, you can have lifetime of free membership?

Think you have to stay within 3lbs either way of your target weight. If you lose or put on and come out of that range you have to start paying again.

Yes, you have 3 lbs leeway either side of your target. You then have a week to get back into range (ie. if you weighed in and were more than 3 lbs heavier/lighter, you don't pay that week, but you do if you are not back in target range by the next week's weigh-in).
