I've just joined slimming world this morning and have a vague grasp of the plan.
I plan on two weeks of just coasting through to ease me in before preparing proper meals from scratch.
Can you recommend me some foods to stock up in to fight the hunger.
I'll probably have poached eggs or banana and yoghurt for breakfast, pasta salad for lunch and something like slag bol for tea.

My issue is when skipping meals and when out and about I reach for crisps and chocolate. If I can stock up on SW safe foods I can hopefully stick to plan.

Any record!emendations welcome, TIA Smile

I like to snack on wafer thin turkey and pickled onions.

Quark with some sweetener does me but other people at class mix with chocolate options.

Melon is another go to snack or the Hartley' 10 Cal jellies are 1/2 a syn.

For breakfast I find speed berries great with quark...a big bowl of strawberries, raspberries with quark and a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon is so yummy and fills me up until lunch. Quark is protein so very filling and also can be eaten in a SP day.
