Hex b can be 4 ryvita but it says about 2 ryvita for SP.
Does this mean on SP days I just have 2 rather than 4 for my hex b?
Very confused!

The lower amount is a speed option so if you want a better loss only go for 1 hifi bar instead of 2 or 2 Ryvita rye instead of 4.
