First week of slimming world. Not hungry, eating well but god I'm in such a bad mood. Tearful, shouty. Must be sugar withdrawal because my diet was pretty awful. But how long does it last? Anyone have the same?

Hang in there. I was like this. Probably a combination of sugar withdrawal and lack of booze Blush It will pass in a few days. Make sure you drink gallons of water.

I was an total bitch for the first 10 days. Tired, cranky, tearful. I've kind of evened out now after 3 weeks. I think it was the sugar/booze withdrawals for me

I've just finished my first week and I've had an awful headache, also put it down to sugar withdrawal Blush
How have you found it other than being cranky OP?
Have you felt hungry? I was starving at the start of the week but feeling much better now! Think my stomach needed to adjust after the monstrous slightly generous portions I was having before!

My first week or so was horrendous. Banging headache and felt like I had flu. I was eating so much junk I think it was withdrawal from everything Grin
After a couple of weeks I felt much better.
