I'm not sure but I'd suggest steering clear of any curries. They do a good seared tuna which I'd think would be low syn, but saying that I just had a quick Google and came across this...fattypuffamanda.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/wagamama-syn-values.html?m=1 maybe take it as a cheat day and just enjoy it!!

I had Wagas the other night and managed to stay on plan! Avoid the curries like the plague. The only mains under 15 on the menu are teriyaki chicken donburi with rice at 14.5 syns and teriyaki salmon soba at 14.5 syns. Other things just above are yasai yaki soba at 15.5 syns, chicken and prawn pad thai 18 syns, firecracker chicken with rice 17.5. Grilled tuna is 14.5 and plain rice and edemame are obviously free. All syn values from app so should be accurate!
