So, I've done sw in the past but never really stuck to it and got bored. I have 2 stone to shift and I really can't see another diet I want to try. I also need something that won't be a diet as such and I can stick to. Problem is I need to wait to next week to get paid before I can join!
So - as I know the basic rules I'm going to try and get going a bit this week.
I'm dairy free and just wondering how much oatmilk I can have as my healthy extra? I usually use Oatly.
