So, I've done sw in the past but never really stuck to it and got bored. I have 2 stone to shift and I really can't see another diet I want to try. I also need something that won't be a diet as such and I can stick to. Problem is I need to wait to next week to get paid before I can join!
So - as I know the basic rules I'm going to try and get going a bit this week.
I'm dairy free and just wondering how much oatmilk I can have as my healthy extra? I usually use Oatly.

The oat milk with added vitamins and calcium is 275mls.

Planning is the key. Have made lots of new recipes. Paprika Pork, nacho Style Feast and Cajun chicken pasta are my favourites.

Good luck :) I just finished week 1 and lost 4lb on it! Never lost so much on any diet so quickly before!
