Obviously we're going to have lovely weather for the school holidays and I'll be having lots of picnics with my children. I often make tuna and sweet corn pasta and salads, but what else could I take out for picnics? Any ideas welcome

I had a picnic recently and I took some SW burgers cut up on cocktail sticks, the sweet corn frittata cut into slices (think the recipe is in the latest slimming world magazine). Lots of cut up veg sticks, carrots, cucumber, peppa etc, fruit salad, yoghurt, flavoured chicken chunks from asda that are all syn free.

DIY Houmous - I use Jamie Oliver's basic humous recipe but replace the oil with Greek yogurt, just 1 syn for tahini
Tzatziki is also lovely homemade with carrots and cucumber to dip

Thanks everyone, I would never have thought of cutting up the burgers on cocktail sticks.
