Im currently trying to loose my baby weight before my 1st family holiday with the baby.
Tonight im going out for dinner to Prezzo & i want to make the right choices.
Does anyone know how i work out the syns for the below:
Starter
Bruschetta (il use my healthy B) so would you just syn the oil? Or king prawns ( i wont eat the bread)
Main
Pasta light - spicy prawn & basil pesto penne
Or if you know where i can find the nutritional info that would be great
