I've lots of salad and soup recipes I use but there are days I just cannot be bothered with a salad or soup. I eat eggs but not a huge fan so not into omelettes and I use my hex b for breakfast.

Hit me with your lunch ideas!

For work lunches, this time of year I tend to just have fruit for lunch most days, sometimes (when I can be bothered) I make pasta salads with chicken and whatever veg I have in fridge plus a tiny bit of mayo. If you rinse the pasta once it is cooked it gets rid of some of the starch and stops it sticking together so you only need a bit.

In the winter I take SW friendly soup in a flask as we don't have access to a microwave at work.

When I'm at home I have jacket spuds with a bit of left over chilli, bolognaise or baked beans. If you get Tesco Finest spuds they don't need butter as they taste really creamy.

Weekend we have a full english breakfast with bacon medalians, beans, eggs, tomatoes mushrooms at about 10am and that fills me up until we have our evening meal.

At home I have home made soup or an omelette or Ainslie Harriot cous cous. Yoghurt or fruit for afters.
For work I make up several days supply of pasta salad, using pasta, peppers, cucumber, sweetcorn, tomatoes, radish fresh herbs with a protein such as salmon flakes, butter or cannelini beans or tinned tuna or mackerel. Also make up a box of fruit salad and take a portion each day (enough to have some at morning break and some at lunchtime.)
I drink water or fruit tea until late afternoon so I can save milk for coffee after work and in the evening.
