Hiya. I rejoined class on Friday. It's going really well so far. I have a question about the food diary please.
I have been meal planning. If for example you have tomatoes with your breakfast and your dinner do you write it down twice or just the once?
I know it makes me sound simple lol but I'm wondering what others do for this. I'm having a few speed food more than once a day but been writing it in the column once.
