M & S - which ready-meal is nice and low syn ?

I'm going to Mums straight from work and the only supermarket is M&S. Please can someone recommend something which is quick and easy to cook (and nice) as Mum is doing pizza for everyone else and doesn't want to cook in the hot weather.

It really needs to be something I can just throw in the microwave.

Don't know the syns but the Count on us Jambalaya is very tasty and filling.

Can't comment on Syns either but some of the count on us stuff is nice and if it's helpful, there's some lower carb options in the balanced for you range.

Thanks - I've looked on the app but its good to have recomendations, I don't normally do ready meals.

Probably too late, but there is a seafood stew in the gastro stuff that is free and amazing. I would get some veg and potatoes to go with it, the ones they do in the single packs.

The count on us four cheese ravioli and spinach and ricotta lush! Sometimes I get a mine shepherds pie and veg for healthy lunches! I love m&s, when I'm naught I love chicken and Parmesan pasta

The vegetarian lasagne is only 4 syns and is really nice.
